Notice of Intent to Amend FAMU NAA Bylaws


This is an official notice that the FAMU National Alumni Association, Inc. is proposing to amend our bylaws. We will vote on these proposed amendments at the May 2019 annual meeting during the convention in Birmingham, Alabama. One must be a member and must be present and registered for this meeting in order to vote on the amendments.

Please review the proposed amendments, in advance, and be prepared to vote during the meeting. We will vote only on those amendments that are proposed in this official notice. Bring this notice with you to the meeting. If you don’t already have a copy of our current bylaws, you may download it from the FAMU NAA’s website - 2018 FAMU NAA Bylaws.

The committee will host a teleconference on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, 8 p.m. EDT/ 5 p.m. PDT to answer any questions that members may have.
